Place your Australian order before midday and we’ll get it out the door the same day. That means your new kitchen favourites could be with you sooner than you think!
A few things to note:
- Applies to Australian orders placed before 12pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT).
- If any item in your order is on pre-order, same day dispatch won’t apply. We’ll ship your entire order together once all items are ready.
- QLD knife orders require an ID check before dispatch. See below for details.
- If we need to verify or confirm your delivery address, dispatch may be delayed while we sort it out.
- Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
- During peak sale periods, our warehouse may need a little extra time. We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
Outside of our same day dispatch window, orders are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours.
During weekends and busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer. During peak sale periods, please allow 2–4 business days for warehouse processing.
Queensland regulations require an ID check before we can dispatch orders containing knives.
Once your ID has been verified, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

International shipments may occasionally be delayed by customs inspections or other circumstances outside our control.
Any applicable import duties, customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Need to update your delivery address? Please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Once your order has been packed or dispatched, we may be unable to amend the delivery address, so please double-check your details at checkout.
By selecting Authority to Leave at checkout, you’re giving the carrier permission to leave your parcel at the delivery address without obtaining a signature.
Once your parcel has been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, responsibility for its safekeeping passes to you, subject to your rights under applicable consumer law.
