the flower you’ll actually want on your bench.

Bloom takes the everyday chopping board and makes it a little more fun. Its sculptural flower shape and colourful speckled finish make it a statement piece, but it’s still made for proper everyday use.

Made from 100% recycled plastic, every Bloom has its own unique colour and pattern. Solid and satisfyingly weighty, it’s just as good for chopping dinner as it is for serving snacks, cheese or something sweet.

chop on it. serve on it. show it off.

Designed in our Melbourne studio.

description Plus

Meet Bloom, our flower-shaped recycled chopping board designed to bring more personality to everyday prep.

At 33 x 33 x 2cm and 1.4kg, Bloom feels solid and substantial in hand. There’s plenty of room for chopping and prep, while the flower shape makes it an easy choice for serving cheese, fruit, snacks, cake and whatever else is going on the table.

Bloom is made from 100% recycled HDPE, giving plastic waste another life as a colourful, functional piece for your kitchen.

The recycled material creates Sasni’s signature speckled finish, so colour placement and pattern vary naturally from board to board. No two are exactly the same.

 faqs Plus
How do I care for my Sasni board?

Keep it away from direct heat and flames, don’t microwave it and avoid placing hot pots or pans directly on the surface. For cleaning, hand wash or use a dishwasher cycle under 60°C.

Can I use it as a serving board?

Absolutely. Sasni boards are designed for both prep and serving, so they can go straight from chopping on the bench to serving at the table.

Why does my board look slightly different from the photos?

That’s part of what makes it yours. Because Sasni boards are made using recycled material, the placement of colour and speckles varies naturally from board to board. No two are exactly alike.

What is the board made from?

Our boards are made from 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE), giving plastic waste another life as a solid, durable everyday kitchen product.

Will my Sasni chopping board scratch?

Yes. Like any chopping board, knife marks and scratches will naturally develop with use. This is completely normal and part of a board that’s made to be used, chopped on and enjoyed.

Can I put my Sasni chopping board in the dishwasher?

Yes. Sasni boards can be washed in the dishwasher on cycles under 60°C. You can also hand wash with warm, soapy water.

Is the Sasni chopping board food safe?

Yes. Our boards are tested after production to ensure they are 100% food safe and
BPA-free. They’re made from recycled HDPE plastic, a durable material commonly
used in food-safe applications.

    Absolutely love it!!

Not only is this stunning but it’s so practical. A really great size for pretty much everything I need a chopping board for.

It makes lunch packing and meal prepping feel that little bit funner with the gorgeous colour and shape.

I think I’d like to add a different style and colour to my kitchen as well!
